Your order will be delivered through various courier services, including DHL, UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or EMS. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, and some Saturday mornings may also be available. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days, and the shipping time after dispatch is approximately 7-12 business days (10-15 business days for Canada).
Bespoke Delivery services outside the Standard Delivery jurisdictions may be available upon request, please contact us at Hello@laeker.com before placing your order in this case.
Final invoiced price in your order is inclusive of taxes and other customs charges where applicable. However, you may still be contacted by the courier in requesting your personal ID and other relevant information to comply with local customs regulations.
Please note that our logistics partner cannot be liable for the late deliveries in a force majeure situation. If the delivery time exceeds the above-mentioned timeframe and is not caused by a case of force majeure, you may request for a cancellation of the sale and the refund will be made to you within 15 days of cancellation. Murui cannot be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulted from delivery delays.
